Everything you could need in the bedroom. Really comfy bed, clean room and bathroom and fabulous view from the balcony. Really nice breakfast and excellent location. Even without using the AC, the temperature was always comfortable, with a fan that provided exactly the right level of refreshment. + The property also features a stunning rooftop with a sea view, where a restaurant will be opening (which I am sure will be just as great as the hotel)!

It is a 5-10 min walk to Hiriketiya and Dickwella beach, and thus perfectly situated close to all the good restaurants and cafes. The room was as described online, and Ranavi made us feel very welcome and accommodated us when we arrived very early for check-in! This place was great value for money. The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big, and the A/C and fan were strong. We stayed for 3 nights and only wish we stayed longer. They provide an affordable laundry service and can connect you with a reliable and cheap taxi. Property feels secure and is away from all the hustle and bustle of the main roads.
