The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, with delicious breakfasts and extremely friendly staff. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a shot of local coconut arrack, fresh papaya juice, and a cold wet towel for refreshment — a lovely touch. Our room was spacious and even had a second exit to a terrace just a few meters from the stunning pool, where pool towels were always available. Every morning, after enjoying a fantastic serving of curd with honey and a fresh fruit platter, we were offered a choice between a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast or a Western-style breakfast — all beautifully prepared and delicious. Every day, we were provided with one liter of water per person and a fresh king coconut each. The staff checked daily if we wanted our room cleaned, fresh towels, extra toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner — amazing care for guests. The hotel also has a private gated parking area where we safely parked our tuk-tuk, and there’s even a professional massage chair available for everyone in the common area. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

Possibly the best accommodation in Hiriketiya. Brand new, private and so much space - and central without being directly in the action so no need to worry about noise. The host is absolutely lovely and super helpful and responsive - he arranged various taxis and rentals on our behalf. Honestly would be shocked if you found a better accommodation. And the AC and hot showers were just what we needed for a longer stay here in Hiri! Thank you!

My stay at "Painkiller Hiriketiya" was absolutely perfect. The newly renovated room is in an amazing location, right in the center, close to the bus stand and to all the restaurants and just 6 minute walk to the main beach. The room was impeccably clean, smelled fresh and had everything I needed. The air conditioning was a game changer and it's rare to find such a spotless accomodations. The host was fantastc, providing a delicious breakfast and always being avaible to assist with anything I needed. Higly recommed!

We stayed for 5 nights , it was our favorite accommodation in sri lanka. Pradeep and his staff were fantastic, super attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.....even got some sri lanka cooking tips. Definitely recommended. Everything was emaculate, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. The location could not be better, walking distance from lovely restaurants, beach, shops. 100%recommend Kaas Villas .

A very modern and impeccably clean place located right in the heart of Mirissa. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, this is definitely the place. The staff are exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I also had breakfast here which offered a variety of items, and it was excellent and fresh!
