Located close to the beach, the homestay is very welcoming and has a beautiful garden where one can sit and relax. The rooms were clear, equipped with kettle and fridge and very comfortable. Would highly recommend the place. The host is very helpful and prepared a very good breakfast for.us.

I absolutely loved staying here. The place is rather secluded, away from tourist crowds, but what you're getting outweighs this in so many ways. And you're getting: (1) the host who is always eager to help and who, I could see, really cares about the property and keeps it well-functioning at all times, (2) a personal chef who cooks delicious meals to your order every evening — the prices are more than reasonable, and the food I tried in nearby restaurants doesn't even compare to the quality of these home-cooked wonders, (3) amazing and helpful staff who make sure all your needs are met, (4) beautiful clean beach just 20-30 meters away from your room, (5) picturesque sunsets you can view right from the balcony.

Amazing place, very calm with nice vibes, beatiful nature, few guests. Resort is located in front of the ocean with nice beach, sometimes dirty - garbage from the ocean during tide. Resort is perfect, few villas, very luxurious. I prefer Ocean Villa with a view, amazing terrace (our villa includes protection against raining), private mini pool. Space inside the villa is very generous, big bed, gauch,... photos attached. Bathroom is spacious as well, with shower and bathtub with amazing view to the garden or the sky. Cleanliness in very high level, everyday cleaning. Simple smart system inside room is nice surprise. The main pool is perfect, good for swimmers, children and chillin as well. Restaurant is excellent, good quality of food, asian and european too. Possibility of biliard, calcetto, massage. The highest added value in the resort are the people, so much nice an helpful staff working here, big thank you! Amazing and relaxing holidays spent in Ayana Sea.

Lakmal, Morin and the hole family are so great, lovely people. The accommodation is nice, close to the beach and to restaurants. We felt like home and also our kids felt very welcome. We can highly recommend staying with this family.

We booked this on short notice 10 minutes before we arrived and were super happy that the owner is so flexible. The accommodation was super clean and really nice. It’s right at the beach and beside a great restaurant. Everything was clean and the host was really friendly. We felt comfortable and great to stay here. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
