The hotel is immaculately clean, very comfortable, a touch luxurious, and tucked away as it is, it’s blissfully quiet day and night. Yet the lively Lewis Street, with its cafes restaurants and shops, is just a couple blocks away. And the beach just steps from there. Menuka will managed my stay and your free airport transit expertly. You’ll also find an excellent restaurant in the lobby, where the friendly and kind Prabha will greet you with cheer and supervise your meal with four-star attention. So you can choose whether to wander into town or just enjoy all of the amenities without leaving the hotel. I was so happy here! Enjoy!

Gorgeous hotel, close to the airport with really friendly and helpful staff who care, includes a lovely brekkie. I stayed here as I arrived late at night and wanted to do a day trip to Sigiriya the next day before heading down south. Was perfect for this. Hotel is off the main st so quiet, lovely garden area and pool, room is not fancy, but really comfortable with aircon, fan and fresh air. Was perfect for this type of trip and would highly recommend this hotel

They didn't just host us; they treated us like family. especially sudharshini the owner of the property is the sweetest person you could meet. Anything you ask them they would definitely do without any demands. They are the nicest and sweetest people. And the place is just like your home, comfortable, clean and easy to commute. It's situated in a nice neighborhood where you can roam even late at night without any thoughts. Getting bored of regular hotels and wanting to have a home away home for your vacation or wanting to spend some time in negombo you can definitely choose kingz kottage. Their rooms, locality, pool and food are super amazing. I would definitely go here when I visit again. Only some places you feel like wanting to visit again because of the people there and this is one of those places.

Everything was wonderful! The place is amazing – extremely clean and modern. The room was very spacious, with complimentary water and fruit provided, which was a nice touch. There’s also a restaurant on-site that we really enjoyed. We only stayed for one night because of its proximity to the airport, and unfortunately the monsoon season had already started, so we couldn’t make use of the pool or do much else. The host was excellent – communication was smooth, and he kindly arranged both pick-up and drop-off (very early in the morning) at the airport for a fair price. Highly recommended!
