Super friendly, warm, and always willing to help with anything. From recommending local places to eat, arranging transport, or simply making sure I was comfortable, the host went above and beyond. It really felt like staying with someone who genuinely cares about their guests. Overall, this hotel is a perfect combination of cleanliness, comfort, a beautiful view, and top-level hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo and will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
