Nothing was ever too much trouble and he anticipated our needs with a level of professionalism that is rare to find anywhere. He made us feel completely looked after throughout our stay. Ashwini was equally outstanding. Her kindness, attention to detail and natural grace added something very special to our experience. She brought such warmth to every interaction and her thoughtful approach made a real impression on us. She is a credit to the hotel. The setting, the rooms, the food and the ambience are all wonderful, but it is the staff who elevate this place from excellent to truly memorable. We left feeling rested, valued and genuinely cared for. We recommend this hotel without any hesitation and we look forward to returning. A very helpful Landlady who was more than helpful and available. Twin Peaks is an excellant location, friendly and very secure. A great swimming pool, gym and play facilities for children as well as workspaces for my laptop. The location is great, a restaurant at teh entrance and acroos the road a supermarket and bakery for good coffee.
