Food was delicious with lots of choice. The staff are wonderful, attentive without ever being intrusive. The cleaning is impeccable. We stayed here for our last two days in Sri Lanka and it was a great place to relax and unwind.

We loved everything about this place. The location is beautiful. The hotel is gorgeous. It's a boutique hotel so there weren't many guests. It was easy to find private areas around the grounds. The beach was very empty too. The room was spectacular. So beautiful and spacious. We loved having the private pool and outdoor shower. The indoor bathroom was marvelous as well. The whole place felt very luxurious. The staff were super friendly and attentive. All the food and drinks were delicious! We were really happy to stay here and would definitely return!

The family who runs this hotel is really adorable and they will make sure that everything is fine for you, they will help you if you need anything and they serve really good breakfast. You have the choice between English Breakfast and Sri Lankan breakfast, as we stayed for a week we could enjoy the both of them and we always loved it. The room is clean, there is still no hot water but it is not really cold so you still can enjoy a shower especially after a warm day at the beach, which is only at 2min by walk ! There is also a lot of restaurants near the place, and they can arrange you a tuktuk or a taxi if you need to go farther. I will recommend this place without any hesitation, it's really a good value.

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing direct beach views, the staff were incredible..the beaches are beautiful (two sides), pool stays till 10 pm. Credits to Nilanga, who made sure to accommodate my requests and also provided me with snacks for the road without asking. Also their guard went out of his way to show me the other side of the beach. It's paradise, good for quiet time from the city and buzz. Great food.

I had a great experience at Cinnamon Bentota Beach. I was looking for a quick stop on my way south but ended up extending because the hotel and staff were lovely. I am especially grateful to Pabasara and Mają who are super friendly and professional, and really elevated my stay. The location is amazing and hotel design really stand out.

From the time we checked in to when we checked out, the attention and courtesy we received from the staff was simply amazing. Their attention to detail and willingness to cater to our needs was refreshing to see. One example was the initiative taken by the chef to bake a "rice flour bread" when informed that one of our guests gluten intolerant. Special mention of Lalith, Sahas and Tharanga for their excellent customer service.
