We were on the 10th floor with a wrap around balcony which gave us 280 degree views of the ocean, Kii Mountains and Shirahama town. The complex is very new so all accessories were in very good order. The bath for a Japanese facility was very large and thus used often. We chose this apartment complex because of it's location to the beach, supermarket and onsens. We especially enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves and everything necessary for that was provided.

The generous breakfast kept me full until afternoon! They were helpful with suggestions for the area. The central location is great — can walk to most places in Shirahama and near many restaurants and cafes. They also run a small cafe. I loved the care and attention to details. If in Shirahama again I would only stay here!

Not in the touristy area, which is good, because ot was quiet and peaceful there, but at the same time it takes about 5-8 minutes to walk to the area with major hotels and the beach. Very convenient location! The room was in a separate little house with the open air roof where you can have a nice time eating your breakfast or just relaxing. Inside, it was nice and clean with all the necessary things: a kettle, a microwave, A/C, a fridge. Perfect for solo travellers like me 💙
