The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I ran into some more difficult issues and used Japanese for my own comfort, but I am sure they could have helped me in English too if that was my only option. The on-site baths were surprisingly good and the shampoo and skincare available was some of the best I had on my trip. I actually decided to adjust my trip and stay on my last night too just because I thought the baths and the hotel itself were so nice! The location was perfect as a first stop in Japan or the last stay before leaving for the airport. It was also within walking distance of multiple stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The luggage storage and scales for repacking if necessary were a really thoughtful touch. The rooms themselves were perfect for a solo traveler, and the breakfast times were convenient.

The staff was very helpful and fiendly. There was share refridgerator and hot water to use. Have small kids corner which our kid likes it. The neighborhood was quiet but still conbini nearby within walk distance.
