AMAZING experience. If you have kids, don't hesitate or do more research, trust me and just book it. The staff were unreal. Japanese customer service is generally incredible and the staff at Seaside were the best we experienced. Always offering to take us to town on shuttle (5 min drive), gift store had just closed but they were happy to open it up again for us, and generally just always being helpful. Lots of fun things for kids to do too - onsen, ping pong, karaoke room, soccer net outside, pine cone games, etc. I can not recommend this place enough. The food was also great, fun experience to do this in the room. The desserts were especially delicious, the best we had in Japan. I will be back someday, Miyajima is amazing and Seaside Resort was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan.

Kazu and Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided us with great recommendations of local restaurants/shops and activities. Very clean with great sea view. Comes with a free parking space which is a bonus.

Fabulous stay here, cannot recommend enough. The main thing that stood out for us was the service, the man who showed us round was so helpful, gave us really detailed directions to places, restaurant recommendations with little details, and helped us hire bikes and a canoe. Nothing was too small for him to help us with, and he even fixed the outside shade covering in the pouring rain!! The villa itself was perfect for what we needed, right on the beach (check for jellyfish!) and on the main cycle routes. Shops about a 20-30min cycle ride away, and there were great facilities for cooking. We had a BBQ three out of the four nights we stayed. Overall an 11/10 stay and would definitely recommend, and would love to stay again if we ever come back to Japan!! Thank you!!

Perfect location ditectly in front of the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Free use of microwaves, washing machines and dryer, bicycles, umbrellas and even a printer and copier. Pleny of free amenities for the bathroom. We had a small problem with one of the bikes that required fixing by a mechanic. The money we spent on that got reimbursed immediately with a lot of apologies. Very well handled. If you have questions about what to do or where to go, the very friendly and polite staff are happy to advise you in any way and print out ferry times or train tables. Rain was pouring when we left and while waiting under the little roof outside the door for the traffic light to turn green, the receptionist came out and she _gave_ us two umbrellas as a gift! Amazing value for money. Would not even consider any other place when coming back.
