Carloforte is an ancient Genovese colony on the beautiful island of San Pietro, just off the coast of Sardinia. It has clean, white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and charming historic centres.

The Nichotel features comfortable guest rooms fitted with all modern conveniences and some with a terrace and sea view. A half board option is available at one of the hotel’s sister restaurants as part of their hospitality chain. We spent the night before going back to Callasetta. The lady at the front desk was super helpful, went above and beyond for us (I’m sorry I forgot to ask her name though). The room was clean, cosy and spacious with a view of the city and harbour. The breakfast was simple, yet really good.
