The hotel is not very big - which I personally like and has a perfect location - a bit far from the center of the city. You still can reach the center by 20-minute walk or with the help of the hotel shuttle. The room is small but has everything necessary for a stay. The breakfast is superb and has plenty of options. The main advantage is, of course, the stunning view! The staff was friendly and ready to help. They also arranged a free pick-up for us (we arrived by ferry). The area by the pool is nice and relaxing (though the pool is only 1.2m deep - but still ok).

Bikes and cars can be rented on site. amazing view of the lake from our Jacuzzi, it was a really good size cabin, everything you could need to enjoy not only the site but the lake. an easy flat walk along the side of the lake, to numerous coffee places. There were loads of facilities, we didn't use them as we enjoyed walking by the lake and using our Jacuzzi. place was very clean and comfy, we would stay again.

Perhaps the most surprising hotel of our trip. In a good way! Super helpful staff, advised, told where and what to see and to get. The room we got was also super, extremely cozy and especially comfortable beds! I just had absolutely no comments, when I had questions, everything was solved immediately. Breakfast was also good. In short, we will definitely come back again with the whole family, and for others who are looking to feel the true spirit of Italy and enjoy Lake Como in peace, this is a perfect place! p.s.
