With inner courtyard views, this accommodation provides a patio. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the city. The property was beautiful! So clean and vibrant. The hosts were so accommodating and always kept us informed and met us outside where the taxi dropped us off, even carried our luggage into the room which added to the overall lovely personal touch. Our room overlooked the square and the sea which made dining outside extra special. The property is situated incredibly close to the Royal Cruise Terminal where boarded our MSC Cruise! Will definitely be staying here again when we cruise from Rome in future. 100% recommend ❤️

My stay at the guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! Nicola and Eliana were exceptional hosts whose warm hospitality made my visit truly special. Their kindness and attention ensured I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my entire stay. The breakfast provided was superb—fresh, delicious, and of very high quality. The guesthouse itself was charming, cozy, and impeccably clean. I particularly loved the genuine, welcoming atmosphere, which made my experience memorable. My only regret is that I didn't have time to visit the restaurant Nicola recommended. If I return to Civitavecchia, I would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

There were only two of us and it had a nice kitchen and the bedrooms were very large. The bathrooms were extremely clean. The shower worked great and everything was nice and tidy. It was easy to get to town without a car. The person we dealt with (Corrado) was quick to respond and easy to get along with. He told us all the great things to do in town and was always quick to respond. Santa Marinella is a good visit and many things to do within walking distance of the apartment. The beach is very nice and very close to the apartment. We walked without a car and it was no problem getting to the train station. We used the washing machine and it worked great. I would go back in a second.

We can’t say about Matteo who was a most wonderful host in the month we were in Italy. The apartment greatly exceeded our expectations! Beautiful renovated , everything you will need , comfortable furnishing , large fully stocked kitchen , good sized bathroom and washing machine on the balcony. The location is close to the airport! A short walk across the river are fabulous restaurants. We went to Ceilo twice! Enjoy you stay ! We definitely will be back.
