There was no breakfast with the booking, However on arrival Aliona the owner had left us Tea, coffee, breads, croissants, water, eggs, cheese, three different types of meats and water in the fridge. Totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. We were greeted by Aliona and her lovely daughter Elena who both helped us in with our luggage, gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is on one level (which was great for my wife who has mobility problems,) it was immaculately clean, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need and more, including an amazing view of the lake and mountains, and the terrace was great to sit at and enjoy breakfast with even better scenic views. This is more than just an apartment, it is a home were we felt really comfortable and relaxed. I have no problems recommending this place to anyone and if we ever get the chance to return to Lake Como area we will definitely book Aliona's apartment again.

The guest house offers rooms with air conditioning, private parking available on site and an electric vehicle charging station. It was fresh and clean, modern. Our host was super helpful and would highly recommend it.

Cozy apartments. Marco's hospitality is beyond praise. Even the TV was set to our native language, which later created problems for Marco to change the settings back.
