One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Hard to find fault in any way. Impressive building, great staff, superb breakfast. Free shuttle to beach & free umbrella/sunbed when we got there. Top quality beachside restaurant - not particularly cheap but solid value.

Located just outside the old town and castle, so easy to walk in. Wonderful hosts who, despite the abnormally cold, rainy and windy weather, were waiting for us in the street, having saved a parking space for us right outside.the building. Because of the weather we didn’t go far into Vieste, but took advantage of the very comfortable room to catch up on admin, etc. They recommended a very good trattoria for dinner - La Tavernetta - close by. Next morning an excellent breakfast. We definitely hope to return.

Very helpful and friendly host from the beginning to the end. Extraordinary renovated building and the room, as addition very well fulfilled minibar - very nice after arrival. Clean and sufficiently equipped. There is no better location in the city, because it’s available by car, but still in the historical city centre.

- above all, friendly staff, very helpful in everything. Even before arrival there was very good contact by phone or through What's App - we got all instructions and answers to all our questions. - great location - we could get everywhere on foot - room and bathroom very clean and modern - kitchenette well equipped, we could easily prepare our own meals - large terrace, equipped with furniture - parking space right under the hotel (you have to book)

Amazing location! 50 m. from the better beach of Vieste. Near the historical centre. Perfectly clear rooms, everything is new and beautifully decorated. Free delicious breakfast and coffee, made by the owner. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He recommends best places to visit. If you go in vieste, you should stay in Le Dune !

The location was excellent......a short walk from the beach and the town. The room was spacious with the added extra of the relaxing jacuzzi bath. Towels were changed daily and the room tidied which was an added bonus. The breakfast in the cafe downstairs was good. Nicola was very helpful and very quick to respond.

We recently stayed for 4 days. The location of this B and B is superb. It is 5 minutes walk away from the famous beach and its various lidos and 5 minutes walk away from the town centre and supermarkets. The owners , Matteo and Mandy, are very kind and helpful especially when giving good tips for visting the various beaches outside of Vieste and trips with boats. They also have some good deals with a number of lidos so you can get discounts on lunch , dinner and beachfront. The room and bathroom was immaculately clean and the selection of breakfast was delicious. There is ample parking space in front of the B and B ( 7 euros/day charged by Vieste council ). Free wifi connection, colour tv, mini fridge with a selection of wines and air conditioning. I would highly recommend tourists to stay in this B and B. It is value for money and you wont regret it.
