Walking distance to the beach or even attempt to get the free bikes ( excellent quality and well maintained bikes), in 5 min you are at the beach or in the center. Parking is included and big spaces available within the premises. If you have expensive bicycles have the option to bring them in the flat, as we have done or there is a secure storage place to store them overnight. The lovely couple, the hosts, are part of package and they will make everything for you to make you feel welcome. A dream location, do not hesitate to book.

Tommaso was great! the host is a good-to-communicate with guy. I don't know how he does it, but the fridge was fully stacked even though it's off-season. there were even some fresh croissants that came in later even though the kitchen really already has all you need and lots of it. the heater worked like a charm. and everything was clean. location was good. very close to the harbor. a great stay where I often said to myself and my gf how does he do it? it was refreshing to have staid at a location where maximizing profits did not seem like the no1 priority. From the outside the house looks a bit scetchy tbh. But when you step inside and you open the door towards the apartment, it is just stunning! It was so big, clean, it smelled good! We had everything we needed. Amazing room, enough space, two beautiful terraces and a great kitchen. The facility offered possibility to wash, cook yourself, or just take a late night snack from the kitchen: Barbara’s homemade cake! It was amazing and we will definitely return if we come back to Elba!

Excellent location with view on Capolivieri. The park and swimming pool are very clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. the property and its surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. Highly recommend it for families!

The location was very good as we were doing the GTE. Lorella was a very attentive host, replied very quickly to any messages. Good food/ breakfast.

It was the second time I stayed in this hotel. I love the location, the staff and the breakfast is quite simple but more than enough. What I love this hotel is the simplicity with summer looks and feeling. Big rooms and nice showers. 2 minutes walk there is a almost hidden beach to go for a quick or longer swim.
