Out of the tourist trap major towns and just delightful. Think beautiful lemon gardens, exceptional views and local hospitality. Local seafood dishes at the restaurant were some of the best meals we had during our month in Italy! Pino the hotel owner helped us park our car, opened breakfast early for us on a day we were travelling early, even shouted us some euro for bus fare when we were out of cash. So many great bits of local advice given and heeded. For anyone worried about staying in Furore being too far from the key Amalfi coast sites - the distances are much smaller than you realise. There is an abundance of buses and private shuttles which Pino is happy to arrange for you. Only 1.5 euro fare to Amalfi and 15-20 minute bus trip. Cannot be beaten for location and experience.

It was in a stunning location, comfortably and beautifully furnished, while maintaining the beauty of the ceiling and floors. It contained all the facilities we needed and more, and we frequently refreshed throughout our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful and kindly supported all our needs!

Huge hot tub. Small kitchen with all the basics. Beautiful view that cannot be beat with small terrace to sit on.

Franco, the owner, couldn’t do enough for us—so kind and helpful, always offering great recommendations on where to go. The breakfast was absolutely delicious: fresh croissants, fruit, homemade cake, frittata, and cappuccino—all served with a magnificent view from the terrace. The room was charming, cozy, and spotless with an extremely comfortable bed. Franco even packed us a lunch when we had to leave at 5:45 am for the airport, and his son kindly booked our taxi. Truly above and beyond hospitality.
