We had an unfortunate incident in our room and we didn't want to make a fuzz about it but the hotel staff were extremely apologetic and did all they could to make us feel comfortable by changing our room (which we did not expect). We truly loved the breakfast as well! So many different options and a nice selection of fruits were included. Dining in the hotel is quite pricey but expected of the place you are staying in. I was especially impressed that during the hi-tea session, my dietary requirements were filled without questions. You can see that they want all of the guests to have a good snack and not to be left out. Also, the hi-tea session had really-really amazing food options in general. I would say it was lavish, exactly as the hotel itself. If you want to enjoy the sea and the waves, the hotel has a little strip of beach that is being constantly cleaned by the staff. Just sit down, relax and look into the abyss of nature.

The resort offers private beach access. Service staff were very kind and helpful I have a 3yr old and a 5 month old and service staff were so kind to offer to carry the 5 month old around till my wife finished breakfast. Morning they called at room everyday to remind for breakfast. The buggy man taking us to beach, security guards were all kind and excellent.

We arrived at Somerset around midnight, and check-in was very smooth. Although the bed arrangements were not as requested, the team quickly arranged it for us without any hassle. The front desk, bell staff, and the restaurant breakfast team were all very helpful and made our stay pleasant.
