Stayed in room 1. Fabulous big room, incredible view from huge window. Hostess was wonderfully welcoming. States no breakfast but complimentary cereals and yoghurts in room - plenty of fresh creamy milk to go with this. Absolutely no complaints.

The location is amazing. We were able to walk down to the beach the evening we arrived, and before leaving the next day enjoyed the nature trails. I can't imagine how they must look in another season. The Thai food was excellent in the restaurant as well.

Dinner and breakfast were amazing. The hotel and Kitchen staff were very friendly and professional. The ambiance of the hotel and surroundings were calm and relaxing. Our room was clean and the beds are comfy. We would definitely return to the Smugglers inn for an other stay.

The host met and greeted with information on self catering establishment. Use of electrical appliances was explained. Directions to local eateries and sites were given. The most fantastic views of Derrynane were enjoyed from the bungalow.
