Even it is not the cheapest place you can get, you most definitely get more than you are expecting. The bathroom was the biggest surprise. It comes with a free standing tub from where you have a really nice view over the lake and the volcano on the opposite lake side!

The best review I can give this place is this- I had such a bad stomach infection coming from Mexico that there seemed no conceivable way I could possibly enjoy this place. I was on such strong antibiotics So the fact that I loved it, and was looked after and everything was so beautiful is a real credit to the place It’s easy to love somewhere when you feel good. I felt TERRIBLE and this place felt like a sanctuary to recover in, in the most beautiful setting

It is a lovely private place located in an amazing location. The host Juanita is a lovely person. The place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the shower was hot. Plus it is right next to CECAP for an amazing breakfast and view!

This place is gorgeous. It was exactly what I wanted for my last night at lago Atitlan. The house is immaculate and very comfortable. I slept very well and had a very relaxing enjoyable stay. I watched the most beautiful sunrise from the bed and felt extremely lucky to have found this little gem. I will definitely be back. Nicolas is really nice and he carried my bag for me along the short and lovely walk to the house. I felt that I could reach out if I needed anything and that is always important. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this new apartment. Location—situated between the Harbor and the Central City, with easy access to the market and some lovely short hikes that are just the right distance for a walk. The apartment itself is super comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged to make your stay enjoyable. When I noticed something missing in the kitchen, the owners responded immediately and provided what I needed without any hassle. Their communication was top-notch, and it really made the experience even more pleasant. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located spot with responsive and caring hosts, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

The title of this property is no lie - and I don’t even think the photos do it justice. The view is absolutely incredible and a real pinch me moment every time you look outside. The hosts were so helpful with pointing out recommendations for day trips, restaurants and general tips for getting about. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable with all the amenities you need. Alfonso was lovely also, he kept the gardens immaculate and was always there with a smile on his face. Couldn’t recommend this place enough - it’s super easy to get to, a short water taxi from Panajachel and then a 1 minute tuk tuk up the hill. The only issue is that we didn’t book for longer!
