Great room, with a view on the mirador. There was a fully equipped kitchen though we did not use it.

Even it is not the cheapest place you can get, you most definitely get more than you are expecting. The bathroom was the biggest surprise. It comes with a free standing tub from where you have a really nice view over the lake and the volcano on the opposite lake side!

Really amazing view, and everything inside of the place is excellent, you can even cook and there’s the refrigerator for me to enjoy something ice cold. And Nicolas is the best host!

The accommodation is non-smoking. This is a comfortable apartment with a modern decor. The kitchen is well equipped for simple cooking. Don't be put off by the short alley that leads to apartment - it feels like a very safe area. I didn't meet the host Hesly; she (I think Hesly is a woman) sent others to provide the key and to collect payment at the end. We communicated through WhatsApp. There are several restaurants and small stores nearby. Easy to walk most places and tuktuks are available on the street when needed.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. We absolutely loved this place! You often feel a little uncertain when something is new on booking.com as there isn't many reviews yet, but this place exceeded expectations!  We arrived quite early but Esteban came and collected us from the dock and let us check in early.

A recently renovated apartment in San Marcos La Laguna and with Volcano Atitlan reachable within 33 km, Tierra de la Aurora offers a private beach area, rooms, free WiFi and a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. Every room includes a patio with lake views. Loved the location of the homestay, the design and the food baskets. Fantastic view of the lake and surrounding area. The host was very responsive and helpful. The homestay is in a more isolated area, has a few steps to climb and there are no shops / restaurants in the area (all of which are clearly stated in the description). If you're ok with this, you will definitely not regret booking!
