Gerson and his wife are so kind and their son Abu is adorable, he even taught me some Spanish. The location is fabulous and so quiet and the rooms are so comfortable. The views are breathtaking and the showers/toilets are always spotless. You can rent water bikes from the family and Gerson is always there to give advice or call you a tuktuk. There’s even an eco sauna! It was the best part of our 2 week stay in Guatemala, we can’t wait to come back!

The private bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. Beautiful views, and a very calm and relaxed place to enjoy Lake Atitlan from. Easy to catch public boats to explore the rest of the lake during the day, but also a very comfortable place to sit sunbathing or Strom watching. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful staff. The on site vegan restaurant was also very nice.

Wifi was super strong, there was hot water and a fan for ventilation as our room didn't have a window that opened so it did get hot. The kitchen had everything you needed in it too. Located in the middle of the small Santa Cruz town.
