Just steps from the beach, this family-run resort offers a peaceful location in Karterados Beach and a personalised service. The room had a sea view and location was nice and quiet. Nice restaurant just down the hill and a bus stop just a 15 minute walk away made it very convenient. Having a pool and beach access so close was amazing.

Smaragdi is located on the famous black sand beach of Perivolos. Designed with timeless Cycladic elegance, its exterior and interior spaces beautifully reflect the island's charm. Can’t get a better hotel. Location is great, staff is even better. Everyone was really really helpful, the place is beautiful!

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. The staff is very friendly, they gave me lots of recommendations and advice on how to get around. The location is perfect if you're looking for a chill place near the beach. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making my stay incredibly pleasant ❤️

We were traveling with a small child, and everyone was very kind and helpful. The young man at reception who showed us around, and the guys at breakfast and the bar — everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lots of pools and always plenty of available sunbeds.

We loved our stay here so much, that it's been the highlight of our whole holiday. We had our stay in early April and have nothing but good things to say about Stella and her family. The room was clean and we used the walk out balcony with hot tub every night. Stella made a delicious breakfast each morning enough to feed a family of 5, which included Greek specialties. Stella had great suggestions for things to do in the area, places to eat, and would even help us book activities or transportation. Although not too many shops or restaurants were open for the season yet, we had an amazing experience really sharing space with the locals being able to truly experience Santorini’s culture. Although not in the main towns of Oia or Fira these places were a quick cab ride away. We highly suggest staying here if you’re looking for a beachy stay with local food options.
