The design of the rooms was very nice, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. I also liked the fact that they were very friendly to animals, not just guests' pets but also stray cats from the area.

The guest rooms at Nafsimedon, many done in shades of apricot and peach, have chandeliers, marble-topped tables, old paintings and good-size bathrooms and beds with firm mattresses. Everything was great - the location, the staff friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is old and beautiful, especially the small garden where you have breakfast. It was clean and spacious, comfortable bed with a firm matrass (just how we like it). Checking in and out was smooth, and the breakfast is simple but somehow sufficient.

Beautifully restored Pension Dafni is located in Nafplio’s Old Town, underneath Palamidi Fortress, 200 metres from Arvanitia Beach. It has a snack bar and offers tastefully decorated rooms with bright-coloured walls. Excellent location. Great Staff, very friendly and helpful. Yummy breakfast. Great room. It was all in all a great choice.

The hotel is just 250 meters away from Old Town’s promenade where boats to the Bourtzi island fort depart from. Free public parking is possible at 300 metres, as well as in the surrounding area. Tours in nearby destinations and airport transfer can be arranged upon request. Everything, the room was outcanting, fully conditioned, the bed was the best. Like a palace. Wonderful breakfast, very big one. There is free parking all around the place
