It offers rooms with specially designed balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea and serves a sumptuous, certified Greek breakfast in the morning. the view is amazing, breakfast is really good and rooms are very nice. the service is also very quick and staff is so friendly and helpful that i always wanna stay here when i visit Kos.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating such a serene ambiance. It’s a perfect escape from the chaos, yet still just a short drive from Kos Town. The service was consistently excellent. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely friendly, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. It’s the little details that stood out – from the attentiveness, to the little farewell gift left on our bed on our last night, to the small touches around the property that show how much care goes into running this hotel. Food was very good, with fresh flavors and nicely prepared dishes. The only note is that the variety is somewhat limited, but what is available is of a high standard. The hotel’s location right by the sea is also a highlight – though it’s worth mentioning that the beach is pebbly and getting into the water can be a bit challenging, it’s still a lovely setting. If we had to give any constructive feedback, it would be minor things: having a bin in the room (not just in the bathroom) would be convenient, and it seemed the glassware was rinsed during daily cleaning rather than replaced. Neither of these points detracted from the overall experience, though. All in all, this boutique hotel offers tranquility, beauty, and caring service – a perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful environment with easy access to Kos Town. Highly recommended!

We were in apartment three, which was a very comfortable and stylish two nice double bedroom and two bathroom apartment. It would be very suitable for two couples to share. The apartment is very well equipped, and our host left a good supply of wine, water, fruit, snacks, etc. Which was very welcome. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and is within a 10 minutes walk to the Old Town, Harbour area and bus station. With many good restaurants, shops and tourist sights within that distance. It was very good value .

The owners were even better and extremely nice and helpful. The apartment was about a 10 minute walk to the center. We went to the beach with just a towel and we could leave our keys in a coded box. Isn't that amazing? No worries about your belongings. Highly recommended!!!
