His freshly baked chocolate cake was delicious too!!! It’s very close to the ferry terminal and only a couple minutes uphill to the city center. The room was very clean.

This is the absolute best property on Ios and to be honest my favourite in all of Greece! I have stayed in many places and this one can’t be beat the view the cleanliness the service the food the privacy the modern amenities. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing close to the beach restaurant the center just overall an amazing place! Don’t think twice stay here you won’t regret it. And thank you to the owner Lefteris for accommodating my last minute requests with a smile I appreciate you so much thank you for everything! The best most modern property for people and groups of all ages and just such an overall amazing experience. The pool is completely private and quite large super clean too! Just stunning! Set in Ios Chora and only 1 km from Katsiveli Beach, Ios Sea View offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Ios Sea View is an amazing place to stay on the island. We were looking for a house in a calm area but with a good access to Chora and that was exactly it! The house had everything we needed during our 2 weeks stay, kitchen well equiped, grat internet speed, smart TV, comfortable beds, huge wardrobe, spacious bathroom. The pool was a nice addition but we didn't use it much in September (it was windy and pool was not heated). Great thing is the parking next to the apartment.

Great location if you want to stay near Mylopotas Beach - only a few minutes walk down the hill to the beach. Lovely spacious apartment - we got upgraded to a room with a private pool after there was a problem with our original booking. Very clean and great having fresh linen each day. The shared pool is lovely with an amazing view over the beach. About 1.5km walk uphill to the Old Town of Ios, but there is a bus stop right outside and restaurants close by on the beach.

Perfect location, a very short walk from the centre and literally across the street from a bus stop and a mini market! Very clean, good facilities (soaps, hairdryer, clothes rack, fridge), and the owner was very welcoming and helpful with great restaurant recommendations! Price value was good too!
