Just came back from a really great 2-week stay at the Dolphin Inn hostel. Perfect Dunbar location just a few blocks from the ocean with a view of the sea from the bedroom window. Minutes to the train station, with 30 minutes or so to Edinburgh. Exceptionally clean facilities with a full kitchen and simple breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the room lovely and cosy. All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful. I’d highly recommend a stay at the Dolphin Inn as the perfect Scottish home away from home.

Sinead and Chris were extremely friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, clean, comfortable. Ideal for a little getaway. I left pretty early in the morning so they also packed a breakfast bag to go. The beach is literally at the end of the street, 2 minutes away. I will definitely be coming back!

The nearest airport is Edinburgh Airport, 14 km from the property. Our hosts were the epitome of what a B&B has been and should aspire to be. A place to stay in comfort and enjoy a good morning meal. But also a peak into the true live of the place where you are staying. Talking to them in the morning became was truly a great way to start each day. Due to our personal situation they also provided extra care and attention to detail showed how delightful the Scottish Hospitality really is.
