Indulge in island living at the 5-star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, perfectly situated on the Esplanade and just one minute from the golden sands of St Aubin's Bay. There are lots of positive things to say about this hotel! For me the stand out thing through was the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (I'm sorry not to remember everyone's names, but huge thanks to the lovely Ronojoy and Charlotte, the restaurant, bar and breakfast staff). I was with my elderly parents both of whom have a disability and the staff really went above and beyond to help and be kind, I am more grateful than I can say. The staff were truly outstanding and it made our holiday. Other big positives were: the convenience of the bar restaurant, and the food was really excellent both there and at breakfast, everything was delicious and there was a great range of options; our rooms all had wonderful sea views of the bay and Elizabeth castle; my parents used the spa and loved it; rooms had lots of storage space, nice toiletries in the bathrooms and comfy beds.

Without a doubt, the best we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful accommodation right on the beach. Everything in the accommodation is clean and comfortable. The accommodation is spacious. Good for walking, cycling. Good bar 100 meters from the accommodation there is another bar where a live DJ plays. The owner is pleasant and beautiful.
