That was the 2nd time we went there and it was as great as the 1st time. The room is very comfortble and has this incredible view, the location is a dream place, the restaurant serves excellent food.

The bed and breakfast features garden views and a sun terrace. Breakfast was great. The host would prepare just about whatever you could ask for in a breakfast. There was no lack of food for eating breakfast. The view of the loch was a nice thing to see in the morning before breakfast and in the evening after a day's travels. The host also make sure we had dinner reservations ahead of time, which is a must on Islay.

The location, the view, the beauty of the building, the comfort of the house—it was all unbelievable. We even considered taking a break from our Scotland vacation and just staying at home. It was really hard to leave the house.

Everything was spotless and Morag had thought of every little extra to make our stay welcoming and comfortable even down to a couple of nips of Oban whiskey to warmly welcome us! The view out to sea from the front porch was magical and we enjoyed the serenity. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommend and hope to be back one day.

At the guest house, some units are fitted with a coffee machine and chocolates or cookies. Glencruitten House and the grounds are breathtaking. It was a wonderful stay. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming.

Wonderful decor, excellent reception, and the evening meal was superb. Location right on the waterfront and a short walk from the city center.
