I'd requested a room with twin beds and when they didn't have one available we were given an additional room free of charge. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My only regret is we only stayed one night. We will definitely be back.

Private parking is available on site. The view from the balcony in the room was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke great English, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal with plenty of different options, the indoor/outdoor pool area was clean, the room was spotless, and a little extra bonus was having a bathtub for the kids. The walk to the beach was easy and hotel was close to many restaurants. Overall, we were impressed with everything and would highly recommend!

Aparthotel Ponent Mar is set right next to the sea and beach in Mallorca. It is in the Palmanova resort, 15 kilometres west of Palma. Absolutely perfect , beautiful location!

A safety deposit box is available. Just an amazing value for money. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms/studios were planty big and view from our balcony was out of this world. Breakfast options were huge, food was very good. Pool area and the pool it self very clean. There is also a table tennis/billiards in the pool area. Gym also.
