The hotel was really in good location. The host was really friendly and nice! She gave us so good advices about staying. We even got the free umbrella for the beach. ( not important info, but shows the hospitality!) The room was really nice, clean, big. Every day they cleaned it and changed towels! We can say it was the best decision that we stayed there! We recommend it definitely and we would gladly come again! 10/10

I loved the atmosphere, pools and the coziness of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull! The breakfast is also amazing. I didn't try the dinner so cannot say anything about the dinner facilities. The bed was soft and rooms were clean. Loved the bad on the terrace and the sunrise in the morning.

The staff were of a very high standard, going out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Spa was fantastic!, The lady responsible was so nice and made us feel very welcome & Relaxed!!! The building, lobby, rooms, pool, outdoors area , all felt new/renewed and very spacious everywhere. The restaurant buffet tasted very good and the staff workers were excellent

You can reach Ibiza Airport in 30 minutes by car and ferries to Barcelona and Valencia leave from the port, 800 metres away. It was a very modern and beautiful room with everything we needed inside. Our rooms were cleaned and refreshed daily. The location was great because being near to the bus station to reach nice beaches, clubs, airport etc is a must if you don’t have a car. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly. Especially Monze was so sweet and helpful. She explained us patiently everything about the island and gave great tips for where to eat, party, swim and chill... Literally like a free tour guide. Thanks a lot!
