Our room was great: new, clean, looked like a real apartment: functional kitchen with utensils, table, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There's a city underground parking nearby (paid: 17,60€ per day), so if you come by car it works very well. Really nice place! The mandatory deposit was returned within 2 days.

Also Facility's terrace is also have well panoromic scenes. You can almost see 360 degrees cadiz scene. I certainly recommend this apartments for adult groups. Because facility is only accepted adults.

We had to arrive later in the evening than planned and Patricia was available on a chat just in case we needed any assistance. The written instructions for a self-checkin were so good, we did not need any further assistance but her offer was very reassuring.

The hotel is right off the Plaza Espana and close to squares, shops and restaurants. Also a short walk or bus ride from the train station so very easy to get around. We were very happy with this selection and we would stay here again. There is a mini bar in the lobby stocked with water and soft drinks that are free to guests. Snacks are also provided.
