From arrival to departure, we were taken care of. The breakfast is probably one of the best I’ve ever had in Europe in a hotel. We can’t say enough positive things about how the staff treated us. It felt like we belonged there.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, both at reception and rooftop bar (which was a lovely area to have a drink and food with a wonderful view of the castle). Will definitely be staying here again.
