The room was luxurious, beautifully designed, and included a bathtub. What truly amazed us was the breathtaking view of the pyramids right from our window. Seif, one of the staff members, kindly accompanied us when we went shopping outside the hotel and even took us on a tuk-tuk ride. He made us feel safe and cared for at all times! We’ll always remember this experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Our room, Number 222, had a perfect view of the Pyramids — from the balcony we could see all three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. From the rooftop (currently under construction), the property offers the highest vantage point in the area and a direct, unobstructed view of the three pyramids and the Sphinx. Hadeer was also very helpful; she kept an eye on our belongings after we checked out until we returned from the GEM. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely come back in the future.
