At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by the sweetest receptionist,always smiling ,helpful ,and attentive ,making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The owner mr.adam of the hotel is also truly wonderful- attentive ,generous,and always checking that every guest is comfortable and happy. the hotel itself is fantastic: our room with a jacuzzi was stunning , very comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. Everyhing was spotless and perfectly prepared . Throughout our stay , the whole team went above and beyond to take care of us , always with kindness and attention. It appears to be a family-run business, and they’ve clearly put a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Our room, Number 222, had a perfect view of the Pyramids — from the balcony we could see all three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. From the rooftop (currently under construction), the property offers the highest vantage point in the area and a direct, unobstructed view of the three pyramids and the Sphinx. Hadeer was also very helpful; she kept an eye on our belongings after we checked out until we returned from the GEM. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely come back in the future.
