It's very safe, and they’re always attentive to you. My wife felt very comfortable and secure. Ubers could easily reach the location, which made transportation easy. They even let me wait in a separate room after check-out while I waited for my flight — at no extra cost — since there were still many hours until departure. The view of the pyramids is stunning; even from the bathroom window, I could see the Great Pyramid of Khufu in the background. Everything was clean and well-organized, and if you need anything, they’ll get it for you. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Without a doubt, I would stay with them again. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was perfect. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a wonderful surprise from the staff — they had beautifully decorated our room and prepared a flower bouquet to celebrate the beginning of our honeymoon. The room was luxurious, beautifully designed, and included a bathtub. What truly amazed us was the breathtaking view of the pyramids right from our window. Seif, one of the staff members, kindly accompanied us when we went shopping outside the hotel and even took us on a tuk-tuk ride. He made us feel safe and cared for at all times! We’ll always remember this experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Very new, clean and comfortable hotel near pyramids (2min to ticket office). The friendliest and most helpful administrator and stuff 🫶🏽 The view from the rooftop is absolutely fantastic. You can see panoramic landscape with pyramids and sphinx. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. I had everything what I need. Especially I’d like to mark pretty decorations in the room, they are wonderful. I enjoyed breakfast here, it was absolutely delicious and full: eggs, falafel, beans, bread, jam, sweet sauce, banana, vegetable salad, water and traditional coffee. Thanks you so much. It appears to be a family-run business, and they’ve clearly put a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Our room, Number 222, had a perfect view of the Pyramids — from the balcony we could see all three pyramids and the Sphinx at the same time. From the rooftop (currently under construction), the property offers the highest vantage point in the area and a direct, unobstructed view of the three pyramids and the Sphinx. Hadeer was also very helpful; she kept an eye on our belongings after we checked out until we returned from the GEM. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely come back in the future.
