Clever and Monica are perfect hosts, attentive to guests needs. The room was comfortable, the bed new and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and all was very clean. There are restaurants nearby the market few minutes walk with good food in a local setting.

Jackson and Amelia are excellent hosts. They guide you with everything during all your stay. Jackson has special prices of excursions on Isabela. First of all, he awaits you at the pier with a sign with your name on it, something I was not expecting at all. They receive your with a coffee or tea and after leaving your stuff in the room, Jackson shows you around the Puerto Villamil. The room had all the commodities : shower with hot water, air conditioning, tv and a lot of space in the room. The WiFi worked doing its best, although on the whole island the signal is weak. Enough to check the mails and social media as well as making some phone calls (I even had a 2-hours video call).

Super friendly staff and you could tell there was solid hospitality knowledge by the way some aspects are presented. There’s always fresh water, towels etc You might pay a bit more than other places we’ve checked but that extra premium is totally worth. The place makes you feel immediately at home. We were also offered a temporary room to leave our bags and take a shower before leaving to the airport (there was a gap between the check out and our flight) this sort of details make the difference. Thank you Wendy for always being super helpful and the owner for being super flexible and nice with us during our short stay! Isabela beach house definitely pairs the great experience you will have in such a beautiful island with a great accommodation experience!

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Starfish. The rooms were comfortable and clean and it was a quick walk to anywhere you wanted to go. One of the best things was the amazing service by the staff. Carlos greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had the best time. He had so much information and helped us with tours and organizing activities. He was even so kind as to help us organize tours for our return to Santa Cruz. He truly made our stay spectacular!

The most beautiful B&B in the most beautiful location. The room was kept thoroughly clean every day and the decor was gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was the best we’d had in a couple of weeks of traveling! The view speaks for itself… waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean is like nothing I’ve experienced before. Watching the pelicans, blue footed boobies, frigates and marine iguanas from the balcony was just epic. Nathaly was a gracious host. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Every other member of the team that worked there was exactly the same. Always smiling! Breakfast was good too. It’s on the rooftop looking over the beach. It isn’t big, but plenty to fill up on and always very tasty. The location was right on the main road with plenty of bars and restaurants including Pink Iguana Bar just two along. We were so sad to leave! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

This apartment has an extreme nice view right on the beach and very central. The place is luxury with two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms at the upper floor and a big kitchen/livingroom and a bathroom at the groundfloor. The big windows make a super view over the ocean and sunset or you can sit outside at the big terrace in the sun. We stayed for 3 weeks and just loved our stay. They serve a nice bufet breakfast in the room at the time you decide. The lady who fixed breakfast and cleaned the house was very nice and flexible and the manager with staff was very helpful with everything we needed. They also helped us solve a personal issue for which we were very grateful. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay! Really recommend this place.
