The bright rooms include free WiFi and cable TV. Located at Chiemsee lake and a great view on the lake. Room was very spacious (228) and they offered me an upgrade for free. In the morning classic and delicious breakfast. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Peacefully located a 5-minute drive from Bad Reichenhall, this family-run hotel has a lakeside terrace overlooking Lake Thumsee. The Bavarian-style rooms feature balconies with panoramic mountain views. The hotel was set in a beautiful valley with spectacular views. Dirk was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was nicely appointed, which made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection gave plenty of choices. The price made this stay very good value.

There is also a Kids Club for children older than 3 and guests have exclusive access to the hotel owned Bachmair Weissach Beach at Lake Tegernsee. Very friendly staff, magnificent japan style spa, superb breakfast, very nice room view into tree canopy and surrounding hills, cosy garden, room decorations. The overall experience was really great and memorable. Highlights were without doubt the onze spa, the breakfast and the very friendly staff.
