Amazing property and location, quiet spot but very modern building, feels quite European. The flat is perfectly equipped, with everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable, new mattresses. Bathroom is very clean, excellent shower, with great hot water, and a hairdryer provided. I personally really loved having a decent sized fridge, coffee machine, and a hob, so I could prepare my own meals. The owner was amazing too, available on WhatsApp almost 24/7, very quick to respond. She kindly organised to collect our payment and ordered a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. She spoke great English too, so we had no trouble communicating.

The place was exquisitely decorated and had lovely spaces outdoors for enjoying a morning tea or an evening swim. The staff were exceptional, especially Leena. I was asked if I needed any laundry washed and had this service provided free of charge. There is also a great little kitchen area for meal preparation if you are staying in a room that is not the deluxe apartment. Close proximity to everything you need in the downtown region: local market, restaurants, bakery, coffee. Could not recommend more. I will absolutely return.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, excellent breakfasts (two kinds of cheese and bread, fruit and yogurt, bacon and eggs) and plunge pool. City beach about a ten minute walk.

Casa JPi is located on the seafront in São Pedro, 100 metres from Sao Pedro Beach and 12 km from Torre de Belem. Featuring full-day security, this property also has a restaurant and a sun terrace. The guest house features family rooms. If we knew our experience will be as great, we would definitely book for a longer stay! The village is still so authentic and very safe. We love the warmth, pureness and privacy the JP and his team offer. There is only 3 rooms in the house which allows for the quiet and homy feeling. We were lucky to have the room with the balcony which offers the best possible view. All the furniture and equipment is modern and well taken care of. The water is really warm (not always the case in Cabo Verde). We very much enjoyed the home made breakfasts and dinners. Will miss the very special marmalade, cakes, punch and the chats with the team and the guests we met! We wish you a wonderful stay and hope to be back too!

We also loved the building and simple decor. Mindelo was great to go out at night.

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. Really comfortable space, inside and out. Christina was super friendly and helpful during our entire stay and kept herself available throughout our visit. The rooftop patio and accessible fridge/kitchen space was super convenient during our stay as well.

I loved everything about the accommodations from the location, the space, the breakfast and the comfort. But the thing I liked the most was the hospitality of the owners. Celestina and Carlos went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return.
