This place is amazing and definitely we have to go there again. We spent here 3 nights and evenings in the open space in the forest was really nice. We saw monkeys there. Very good is shared kitchen. One of the best accomodations in CR in 2023.

Good and large bed, silent and good A/C, everything very clean, nice breakfast, nice pool, close to nice restaurant and Matapalo beach, saw a lot of red macaws and other birds around the accomodation and even a sloth in the tree next to the accomodation (learned from the owner his name is Fred). Super friendly and flexible owners. Very nice stay.

We traveled to several places in Costa Rica, but never before had we experienced a place so immersed in nature — we saw more animals and birds here than in any jungle or forest we’ve visited, including monkeys, iguanas, and countless bird species. Of course, Manuel Antonio National Park is stunning, but what makes Riverside truly special is how the wildlife is right at your doorstep. The property is spotless, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the hospitality from the family is exceptional. Their dogs are wonderful, the food is delicious, and the drinks menu has everything you could want.

Modern construction supplies all features we are accustomed to, even hot water at all faucets. AC is a bit under, but it does catch up and adequately cool the room. Pool was warm and wonderfully.
