Samara Beach is 700 metres from the hostel. Nosara Airport is 25 km away. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Luis is amazing. He has a generous and kind soul. The hostel was very sociable and there was a very nice sharing dynamic. We cooked a lot of meals all together. There was a lot of spices to choose from as well as cooking oil which was very nice as most costa rica hostels dont offer this. The small common areas make it super propice to socialize with people. Nice clothing line to hang clothes. I felt like at home.

It's nice to have a living room + kitchen and balconies. Beds were comfortable + AC in the bedrooms is enjoyable. There is everything in the flat if you need to cook.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, well decorated, bed was super comfy, great AC. The kitchen is super well equipped; even though we didn’t use it, I assume there is everything you might want or need. The pool was a wonderful addition on hot days! We also spent a few days in the containers, which were equally comfortable, though much smaller

Incredible value, you could easily pay twice this for the stay, don’t let the low price pit you off, you are getting a bargain! location very close to beach, lovely owners who went the extra mile. The owner, who works very hard to keep the property in good condition and customers happy, very kindly did a load of washing for us at no charge which was very much appreciated. Beautiful breakfast which was also plentiful and served to order. Beach supplies such as beach towels, bug spray, body boards and deck chairs also available to borrow which was very useful and kind.
