Daisy was so welcoming and accommodating, especially as we had to change our plans at last minute and amend our booking. Daisy offered to book a boat to our next stop and help with accommodation too. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice terrace space with a hammock to relax. The meals delicious and prepared with love.

I loved my stay in retoño, a little paradise in front of the ocean, run by some of the kindest people I’ve met. I had an unforgettable 2 days in there and they can cook an amazing vegetarian meals, there are filtered water as well.

Amazing hostel, probably my favourite one I've stayed at while being in colombia, I extended my stay. Juan charlos is really kind and eager to help. He helped me with my Spanish also. The staff is amazing (special thanks to Juan, he was extremely helpful and so so nice) the hostel is located in the beach and the jungle (in el valle those two things are the same thing) so cleanses and comfort is exceptional for the location meaning: align your expectations and enjoy being in the heart of nature.

Nore and Hernan were lovely hosts! Excellent value for money. Arusi's virgin beaches and remote idyllic seclusion were a dream.

Property is only few meters from the sea but by far the best part was the family could not do enough to make our stay fantastic. They took us on a walk when we arrived to get our bearings, took us whale watching and organised and provided transport for a visit to the jungle plus more.
