The place is great: clean, spacious, tastefully decorated…. But the hospitality of JC and Ximi is outstanding. We originally only booked two nights but ended up staying a week and only stopped because there were other bookings. (Cute dogs!!) If you go to Pucon, you should stay here. No questions.

The hosts Gisela & Marcela are the best hosts you could wish for: enthusiastic, top service (every day the beds are made and fresh towels), the central sauna is free of charge and you are provided with big towels. The breakfast is vegetarian and the best we’ve ever seen with lots of fruit and every day a different kind of sweet. Communication is in Spanish with some loose words English, but that’s just part of the fun. The tiny houses are great. Carparking is secluded. There are lots of seats in the central garden. We stayed here 5 nights and wished we’d not have to leave

From the moment we arrived, it felt more like being welcomed into a family home than checking into a hotel. Sandra and Alonzo are just the sweetest, kindest hosts and you can just feel how much they genuinely care. We showed up super early in the morning, soaked from the rain and pretty tired. They quickly set us up with early check-in and even served a warm breakfast. After a long night of travel, it honestly felt like a lifesaver. They also go above and beyond in so many little ways. They offer a laundry service (clothes washed, folded, and dropped off at our door - such a blessing when you’re on the road). They also helped us organize a tour for thermal geometica which we can’t recommend enough. They’re also super easy to reach on WhatsApp and always so helpful and a joy to talk to. Breakfast here is always fresh and delicious, One morning where we had to leave before sunrise for a volcano hike, we thought we’d miss it. Instead, Sandra showed us with a packed breakfast bag and even lit a fire while making coffee at the crack of dawn. We were completely blown away, it was so thoughtful and heartwarming. Honestly, we fell in love with Pucon mainly because of this family and even decided to stay an extra night despite our tight schedule.
