The location is great - very close to the lake. The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. There are 3 cabins, each with its utility area where the washer and dryer are located - we used both :). Parking is in the internal yard behind a closed fence. Recommended place!

The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. All the staff in general very attentive. Beautiful and very cosy hotel in the centre of the city. Delicious breakfast with local products. They even helped us to plan our routes around. Definitely a hotel I would come back! Thank you

Best Hostal throughout our one month of travelling South America. Very cosy, warm and comfortable room, with beautiful timber interiors. Communal kitchen to keep and prepare food. This place was an amazing and welcome retreat for resting up between work travel and some adventures on our time off. It is only a few blocks off from the action and business of downtown Pucon with its easily walkable streets, dining and night life. We also walked to the lake and along the shore from this location. The rooms were compact but very nice and they also offered exceptional reception services, community lounge areas, and parking, which was very convenient and comfortable. It was in all a very relaxing stay and a great deal for us while in Pucon.
