It was spacious and well laid out and had an incredible view of the lake and snow capped mountains from upstairs. The host Nadja was exceptional, so flexible with great communication. WiFi is provided free of charge throughout the property. The hotel is an older hotel and i believe family run. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. It is right on the lake and the lift to Mt. Rigi is a five minute walk behind the hotel. It was very relaxing being able to take the boat across the lake to Lucerne or other towns on the lake. the Lucerne train station is a two minute walk from the boat dock. They have the best WiFi we had the whole trip. the room was very large which a lot of Swiss hotels do not have large rooms.
