Overall the cuisine quality in this hotel is exceptional with a great location both in terms of lake view, access and also proximity to City. A lovely small park just next to it, if you have a small kid. Facilities in the hotel is very modern, clean and well maintained. One of my top 3 hotels so far , i have been to probably more than 100 hotels. One special shout out to the staff. Service quality in Switzerland even for high end restaurants & hotels can be terrible sometimes. Service staff somehow can be entitled and may act rather rude around the country. So the Swiss hospitality is only a marketing gimmick in many occasions but not for this hotel. Lovely and friendly people. Very relatable and also professional at the same time. 11 over 10...

We had a warm welcome from our host. The apartment had a nice size. We loved the fact that our 2 little dogs were welcome. Wel sized kitchen, with good facilities including that one can wash clothes. Bathroom was a big huge plus! We loved our stay

Almost everything about our stay was amazing. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Very fresh food (breakfast was really good). The surrounding area was none other than breathtaking. Our room was always warm and had a fantastic view of the lake. I would definitely consider staying here again

Very clean and stylishly decorated. Convenient co op supermarket over road. Very close to the main rail station and easy to find We were there for an overnight stop between trains and it was the perfect spot. Very helpful and friendly host.

The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

Great place to stay. Quiet, away from town, the view is incredible. The staff lady was very friendly and helpful. Overall I will be coming back for sure!
