On arrival we got upgraded to a room with lake view! The room was spacious with a small kitchen, sofa and even a dining area. The view over the lake from the little balcony was spectacular. Lovely spacious cottage in the first row in front of the water. Very tidy and quiet area with deer, turkeys and of course lots of squirrels spotted. Great facilities for free (pool&sauna until 10pm - nice sandy beach and plenty of canoes, kayaks, paddleboards. Also sports & playgrounds for kids. Cottage was nicely equipped with ok kitchen gear.

This was my fifth trip to Sherwood and once again exceeded all expectations! The staff is incredible, the property is 10x more beautiful than in any picture, and the rooms are cozy with amazing bath tubs and fire places! I love this place and will be back as soon as possible!
