It had a power socket, its own light, a curtain and was spacious so that you could sit in bed and relax. It was also comfortable. Showers and toilets were outside the room and also separate, which I personally always like. The wifi worked very well. In the room and also in the lounge/kitchen. There was also a great breakfast. Which is always good if you want to get to know the people in the hostel. Everything was really very clean. The location is also good. You can quickly get to the public beach with various restaurants and various supermarkets are also not far away. The bus terminal for the bus to Tirana is also close by.

The beach is just across the street, sunbeds were free. Breakfast is buffet, but has anything you could possibly want. It is the same every day, bur you can create your own combinations. All the staff are super nice and friendly. But, I must point out Bella, the owner who also works in the hotel, alongside her staff. Super friendly, smile and patience for everyone. I have some mobility issues, but she was there helping me, running pharmacy errands for me, genuinely caring, checking to see how I was. When the soles of my flipflops separated, she found the super glue to fix them - they lasted till the end of my stay, but she offered to go to town and buy a pair. An amazing lady. I would also like to point out the great massage lady Anisa. Her daily massages really helped my legs You can find many modern hotels everywhere, but you won't find such passionate, dedicated, customer-service oriented staff everywhere. You will find that at Mazarine Hotel. I was deeply touched, honestly. I would gladly return to this hotel. Excellent, thank you dear staff for everything. P.S. they have beach towels, just ask for them. That's great because towels can occupy a lot of space in the suitcase.

Everyone is so friendly and professional. Tea at the reception was of a great help for us as a first time visitor and gave us all the directions. The staff at the breakfast are as well so nice and friendly, Irini, Sofia and Skerdi and the others even. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Walking distance from the boulevard and all the restaurants, shops, market. There are even many car rental shops next to it, we rented a car from the car rental shop facing the hotel and with a free parking at the hotel this was very convenient. Thanks for everyone

The Arial penthouse suites are very close to the beach, I'd say about a 5 minute walk. There's also food and drink options near the beach. Parking is included. We got upgraded to one of the suites and it was lovely! It was basically an apartment with a kitchenette, a little living room, a bedroom and a shower. It also had a little terrace in front. Loved how there were well kept flowers too. The bed was okay, not supercomfortable but also not too bad. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough. The hosts are very lovely and kind people. I also appreciate them not barging in or bothering us cuz we checked out a bit later. The breakfast was good! Loved it! It was great value for money, I recommend.

The staff were the warmest and most helpful I’ve ever met- they even offered to pick us up at the bus drop-off point in the wee hours, which was such a thoughtful touch. Angela the receptionist was helpful and informative. The room was spotless, with a super comfy bed, a great toilet, and a stunning view of the sea and sunset. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options. They even gave us a farewell gift upon check out. Everything was perfect – highly recommended!

Prime Location: Located a few steps from Ksamil Beach 9, the hotel is highly rated for its family-friendly atmosphere, beach access, and scenic views. Nearby attractions include the Blue Eye and Butrint National Park. Fantastic family owned hotel! The owners and their son were exceptional. So friendly and helpful! Location is 10/10, everything is in walking distance. Breakfast was great too with a large variety!
