The staff were amazing. Anything that I asked for they helped me with. I celebrated my 30th birthday there and they decorated the room and upgraded my room. Regardless of whether it was my birthday the staff made me feel very welcome. Alexander and Hager really made the experience special with the way that the room was decorated for my birthday and the excellent customer service that they provided.

I loved everything about the hotel and certain staff who attended to us made everything memorable. Friendly and very helpful staff from the moment I landed to check out. Shout out to the staff who made my stay a memorable one - Joseph (who greeted me upon my arrival with a huge genuine smile), Myria who helped with my check in and showed me to my room even a short history about the hotel, Sechin and Palel the two men who took turns guarding the entrance of the wing I stayed in with my boss. They both greeted us in the morning with smiles on their faces and small geninue greetings and chats when we head out and come back in. To the staff who cleaned our room everyday, thank you so much. Thank you all for your excellent service. Stayed for 7 nights and had a marvelous time there.
