Where dreams come true: We were spoiled for comfort, attention, care in these magnificent surroundings! The building is intriguingly designed, one feels like on a ship in the dunes. In the evening, spectacular sunset views await. At night, it's a perfect location for star gazing. With any weather, the views on the sea and mountains are spectacular! The central fire place makes the mornings and evenings comfy and cozy. The food is all freshly prepared with fresh ingredients and very tasty. The host family are the warmest and gentlest we've ever met. "Be at home", they said. We were.

Bewertung übersetzen Just outstanding. We were a bit reluctant in arrival being given the basement apartment next to the seaside entrance door (101). But neither the street in front nor the entrance door turned out to be a nuisance (it was indeed quite comfortable). After it turned out that this was indeed the room I booked, we started to be happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Even the fact of not having the expected washing machine (some sports clothes were in dire need), had no negative impact, as washing was offered and issued properly. Trevor, Banash (?) and his colleagues couldn’t have been more helpful, attentive & gentle. The place was clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything needed for an even longer stay. Even bottled water and milk were in rhe fridge. Oh, yes, a tea towel would be fine next time. The town is just around the corner. Frances café, 1 min walk, just great for breakfast. We would be happy to return to Esplanade Hermanus and their friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hermanus Waterfront Apartment. The location could not be better – right in the town centre, with plenty of restaurants just around the corner and the famous Cliff Walk starting right outside the door. Parking next to the building was very convenient and made arrival and departure easy. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished. It had everything we needed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Although it is located within a shopping centre, the apartment is in a separate, quiet corridor, so we had a lot of privacy and no noise at all. We really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of coffee, tea and the whale-shaped cookies – such a lovely touch. Check-in via key box was smooth and uncomplicated, and communication was quick, friendly and helpful at all times. We would definitely stay here again – highly recommended!
